Responsibilities
In IRI's support department, you will port, test, troubleshoot, and teach data-processing-utility and application-development software on multiple platforms and operating systems. You will need to be familiar with formal software testing methods, and have experience with C and Java programs, Unix shell scripts, Eclipse, networking, HTML, vi, and preferably CoSort (SortCL or APIs).
QualificationsStrong analytical and communication skills are required, and you must have a proven record of technical tenacity, responsiveness to both customers and internal stakeholders, and market‑centric approaches to solution provision and education.
