The qualified candidate will be an integral member of the AS Sector Business Management Technology organization, supporting the design, development, deployment, and sustainment of applications and utilities for the Cost and Schedule Management (CSM) and/or Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis (FPRA) teams.

• Engage with internal customers to understand and define application/utility needs and requirements
• Communicate complex software engineering and information system concepts clearly and effectively with customer stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross‑functional teams
• Participate constructively in a collaborative work environment with other geographically distributed team members
• Support the design, development, test, deployment, sustainment, and documentation of new and existing enterprise-wide applications and utilities in both classified and unclassified network environments

• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable/equivalent experience
• Intermediate understanding and frequent use of software development concepts, principles, techniques, and theories (algorithm development, data structures, object‑oriented programming)
• Moderate experience with relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL, T‑SQL)
• Moderate experience with developing, deploying, and debugging a three‑tier web development stack

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively on project teams
• Self‑motivated, organized, with strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled in continuous evaluation
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance

• Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable/equivalent experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable/equivalent experience
