As a Department Manager Engineering 3 – Software:
Flight Software, you will lead a team of software engineers responsible for developing flight software for various aircraft systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the development of high-quality software that meets the required specifications and standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, C++, and Agile Methodologies, with experience in working with AWS and Linux environments. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding team members, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the team is working efficiently and effectively.

• Lead a team of software engineers in the development of flight software for various aircraft systems.
• Ensure the development of high-quality software that meets the required specifications and standards.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical guidance and ensuring the team is working efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software development aligns with overall program objectives.
• Develop and implement software development processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective software development.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a team of software engineers.
• Expertise in Python, C++, and Agile Methodologies.
• Experience in working with AWS and Linux environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
