As the
** Lodging Logistics/Water Delivery Supervisor**, you will support logistics services inclusive of water supply, lodging furniture moves, lodging personnel logistics (reservations) and in-processing/out-processing of personnel housed  logistics support of water, you are responsible for receipt and delivery of water pallets, managing inventory levels, and providing ready-to-order document for re-stocking  support of lodging furniture, you are responsible for storage, ordering, inventory, assembly & breakdown, installation, and removal & delivery of lodging furniture.  

Lodging furniture includes bed frames, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, nightstands, wall lockers and other related lodging furniture.

Other duties may be assigned inclusive of assisting with other lodging duties inclusive of reservations, in-processing, out-processing of personnel lodged at ADAB.  Other duties will also include placing work orders upon customer request for lodging facilities.

* ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

*** As a Supervisor you shall determine quantities required and timely stock replenishment and rotation by use of experienced judgment, historical data, occupancy and utilization. You shall establish and maintain minimum stock levels of all expendable supplies and equipment to ensure adequate inventory of items with no more than two (2) unfulfilled lodging item requests due to depleted stock levels per month.
* Store, inventory, order, assemble, breakdown, remove, deliver, and install furniture, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, beds and other lodging related items in lodging rooms with no more than two (2) discrepancies per month.
* Maintain full inventory of lodging items in the storage facilities in an orderly manner with a system in place to account for all items with no more than two (2) discrepancies per month.
* Provide Water Delivery Services between the hours of  Monday through Saturday as needed.
* Responsible for delivery of water; responding to individual delivery requests; managing inventory levels; and providing a ready-to-order document to the Government for re-stocking requirements. You shall manage the water within the Class I storage area.
* The estimated amount of water delivered to the base is approximately (96 pallets) per week. You shall deliver approximately 15-20 pallets per day to designated drop points.
* Meet delivery trucks at the front gate, and provide a USN Monitor of LNs/OCNs for the water delivery vehicles to one of the 3 water storage areas to ensure the water delivery contractor is fully escorted at all times. You will ensure the delivery trucks are fully escorted off the base after each water delivery has been completed.  No escorting discrepancies allowed per month.
* Rotate the water pallets using the first in/first out method after each water delivery.
* Verify that no damage has occurred during delivery and after each pallet has been downloaded.
* Check that the shrink wrap integrity has been maintained for future pallet deliveries and sanitation.
* Remove one (1) bottle of water from each pallet and clearly mark it with the pallet number. You will then take each marked bottle of water and store them in the marked container for pickup by 380 ECES Bio Environmental to test the water.  You shall contact 380 ECES Bio Environmental for water to be tested.  You shall ensure all pallet and water bottles are marked with No discrepancies are allowed per month.
* You shall receive a confirmation from 380 ECES Bio Environmental that the water is suitable for consumption before it can be distributed and rotated into stock. The historical turnaround time for test results is 48-72 hours.
* As Supervisor, you shall manage a water delivery schedule for 110 identified facilities and drop off locations. You shall develop and submit the schedule to the COR for approval.  You shall ensure all scheduled water drop areas are stocked with no more than two (2) stock outages allowed per month.
* Monitor and respond to emails or phone calls from requestors asking for pickup or delivery of water pallets for all the facilities iver water to / pickup water from each requested location within 24 hours after initial customer notification/request.  Perform service with no more than two (2) late deliveries or pickups each month.
* Responsible for general cleanliness and trash removal, (cardboard, shrink wrap, etc.) from water delivery points to the appropriate dumpster. Collect empty water pallets and return to the vendor at the water storage areas daily.

* EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

*** High School diploma or equivalent.
* 6K and 10K Forklift and 6K Boom lift experience.
* Previous military experience operating heavy equipment.
