Driver​/Laborer

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is looking for dedicated team members to pack, move, transport, and assemble customers’ items, but this job isn’t just about the heavy lifting! During moves you’ll work face-to-face with customers to ensure their specific needs are met. As a mover or driver, every day is different and every move brings new challenges, but our goal is simple;

• Starting pay rate: $13-$15 DOE/hour based on experience
• Opportunities to earn tips from customers for excellent service

• Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
• Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck
• Complete paperwork and payment collection
• Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks

• Must be 21 years of age or over and possess a valid driver’s license per insurance requirements
• Must be able to work weekends
• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years or older for movers; 21 years or older for drivers due to insurance restrictions
• Ability to communicate professionally in English verbally and through writing
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Access to reliable and punctual transportation
• Physical stamina to lift / carry 80 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
• Warehousing, construction, painting, general labor, or truck driving experience is useful
