Warehouse Manager (Retail FL Location)Fence Outlet is seeking to fill an important role on our team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the operational performance of the warehouse on a daily basis. Additional duties will be assigned by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager and will include pulling orders in the warehouse for customers when there are no deliveries. The Warehouse Manager will perform their job in a way that supports the Company’s commitment to safety in the work environment and execute tasks that support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Pay$45,750.00 - $57,000.00 per year

- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the warehouse areas
- Control inventory through weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts
- Plan effective strategies for the financial well‑being of the company
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output; monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures
- Aide in the organizing, recruitment, and placement of required staff
- Delegate tasks and accountability; establish work schedule and mentor staff
- Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Provide technical support where necessary
- Implement and manage operational plans
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong team orientation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and all levels of management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Passion for providing excellent service and quality
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree in business management or related field preferred or equivalent related experience
- 3‑5 years of prior experience in a similar role
- Demonstrates initiative and follow‑through
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and determine task priorities
- Drug screen and background check required
