Receive and properly store truck deliveries in designated storage areas, including dry storage, coolers, and freezers;
Take and document temperatures of incoming products to ensure food safety and quality standards are met;
Verify deliveries against inventory and order records to ensure all expected products are received and identify any shortages or discrepancies;
Organize, rotate, and consolidate inventory using proper food safety and storage procedures;
Count inventory accurately and maintain organized inventory records
