TWLOHA is looking for an E-Commerce + Fulfillment Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Online Store and warehouse. This role combines e-commerce, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, and team leadership. You'll ensure our Online Store stays accurate and organized while leading the systems and people responsible for getting products from our warehouse to our supporters. Working closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams, you'll help execute product launches, promotions, campaigns, events, and special fulfillment needs.

What

You'll Do: E-Commerce
  • Manage the day-to-day TWLOHA Online Store in Shopify.
  • Create and maintain product pages, collections, pricing, images, inventory, and product information.
  • Prepare products and collections for launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock and out-of-stock products.
  • Manage discounts and promotional codes as directed.
  • Pull sales and inventory reports and troubleshoot basic Shopify issues.
Warehouse + Fulfillment
  • Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.
  • Set daily priorities and delegate work to warehouse staff.
  • Train, support, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Manage warehouse schedules and approve timesheets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse.
  • Oversee order processing, packing, shipping, and USPS/carrier coordination.
  • Troubleshoot delayed, returned, damaged, or incorrect shipments.
  • Oversee receiving and organization of incoming merchandise.
  • Maintain accurate inventory across the Online Store, warehouse, events, and promotional inventory.
  • Conduct quarterly inventory counts and lead biannual physical inventory counts.
  • Partner with Finance on inventory reconciliation and valuation.
  • Oversee Online Store customer service and help resolve order-related issues.
  • Support fulfillment for events, campaigns, fundraising initiatives, programs, photoshoots, and other special projects.
  • Coordinate merchandise transfers and large or special shipments.
  • Identify recurring customer or fulfillment issues and recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing computer-based e-commerce work with hands-on warehouse operations.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory, or a related field.
  • Has experience with Shopify and/or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Has experience with shipping platforms such as Ship Station.
  • Has experience leading, training, or supervising a team.
  • Communicates clearly and follows through.
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys solving problems and improving systems.
  • Brings a collaborative and service-oriented approach to their work.
  • Connects with and supports TWLOHA's mission.
Physical Requirements:

This is a hands-on role that requires regular work in a warehouse environment. The ability to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
  • Bend, reach, squat, and move throughout the warehouse.
  • Regularly lift and move boxes and merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Push, pull, and move carts or other warehouse equipment.
  • Safely handle, organize, and store merchandise.
  • Work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures and periods of increased activity during peak seasons.

Location:
