YourRole
As a core Vehicle Technician in our Melksham team, you will handle a true variety of technical work:
- Mechanical Repairs: Take on full engine work, routine servicing, braking, suspension, and general mechanical maintenance.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Lead on fault-finding, tuning, and vehicle remapping using specialist on-site diagnostic equipment.
- Fault Rectification: Manage complex mechanical and electrical diagnostic resolutions from start to finish.
- Digital Workflow: Use tablet-based garage management systems to update jobs, log parts, and track workshop progress.
- Customer Trust: Maintain our excellent local reputation by occasionally explaining technical faults clearly to our loyal customer base.
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Experience: Proven track record as a confident Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a professional workshop setting.
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
