Join our Early Childhood Education team as a Lead Classroom Teacher. You will provide a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports young children's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Conduct quarterly child assessments

For Candidates Without An Associate's Degree:
- Must qualify with a total of 30 general college credit hours AND 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education/Child Development from birth to age 6 or an equivalent Child Development Associate Certification (CDA).
- Must have completed 15 certified hours of Gateways to Opportunity Continuing Education Units.
- Must have current Membership to Gateways to Opportunity.
- Must have current CPR/First Aid Certification (or complete through Loyola during the first 30 days of employment).
- Food Handling certification.
For Candidates With An Associate's Degree:
- Must meet the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services Early Childhood Education teacher requirements.
- Must have 60 college credit hours (with 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education/Child Development from birth to age
6). - Must have current Membership to Gateways to Opportunity.
- Must have current CPR/First Aid Certification (or complete through Loyola during the first 30 days of employment).
- Food Handling certification.
Preferred:
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
$15.70 - $22.11 per hour
