This position offers a tremendous growth opportunity for those looking to break into the Medical Device Sales Industry and represent proprietary technology to today's clinical leaders in the Acute Care Industry.
PositionCustomer Service Representative
ShiftsMust be available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls from Hospital and Nursing Home customers, handling approximately 40 calls per day.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with technicians, service coordinators, management, and the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Research service orders for quality control and ensure accuracy.
- Enter orders into a custom software database with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize call center experience to manage high call volumes and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and preliminary/random drug screens.
