This isn't just a leadership position; it's a chance to re-engineer processes, drive improvements, and elevate our entire financial function to a best-in-class standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a World-Class Close Process:
Redesign and drive a monthly financial close process that is precise, timely, and scalable. You will own all balance sheet reconciliations and partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure data integrity.
  • Champion Financial Compliance & Audit Readiness:
Maintain year-round audit readiness, ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements, and lead coordination with external auditors.
  • Enhance Risk Management & Controls:
Apply audit-derived best practices to assess financial risks, design mitigation strategies, and implement internal controls to protect company assets.
  • Deliver Strategic Financial Insights:
Go beyond reporting by translating financial data into actionable insights for the executive team. You will ensure strict adherence to U.S. GAAP and other applicable standards.
  • Oversee Payroll & Sales Compensation:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll and sales incentive calculations, and collaborate with Sales and HR to refine compensation plans that drive performance.
  • Drive Process Improvement:
Identify, design, and implement process improvements across all finance activities. You will champion automation, standardization, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a Strategic Partner:
Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO, providing forward-looking financial analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage Cash Flow & Capital Planning:
Oversee short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and partner with the CFO on capital structure management.
