Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in‑person roles during the 2025–2026 school year. • Schedule: Full‑Time, 5 days/week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: In‑person
• Role Focus:
• Coach and support school staff
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self‑injurious behaviors
• Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams
• Set and support academic and behavioral goals
• Create teacher‑friendly data collection systems
• Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders
• This role does not include RBT supervision

• Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois
• School‑based experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and data‑driven decision‑making skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
