• Build and implement safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness programs tailored to members and non-members of all fitness levels.
• Design and deliver personalized programs for individuals, small groups, or classes following center standards and guidelines.
• Contact members regularly to follow up on progress of their fitness program.
• Keep accurate records of members’ progress.
• Discuss and promote all center programs, motivating members to commit to long‑term participation.
• Ensure safe and effective workouts and respond to and report accidents, incidents, and equipment problems.

• Required:
  
  High School Diploma.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field.

• Required:
  
  1 year of previous personal training exercise experience.

• Required:
  
  Personal Training certification (IDEA, ACE, AEA, AFFA or other credible group exercise certification).

Pay Range: $29.70

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, licensure, certification, and comparisons to similar roles.
