What you’ll do:- Designs and implements safe, effective, and enjoyable fitness programs that will meet the unique needs and wants of each member.
- Plans and instructs individuals, small groups, or classes with a personalized approach following Center standards and guidelines.
- Contact members regularly to follow‑up on the progression of their fitness program.
- Keeps accurate records of members’ progress.
- Discusses and promotes all Center programs. Motivates members to commit to long term participation.
- Ensures safe and effective workouts. Responds to and reports accidents, incidents, and equipment problems.

- Required:
High School Diploma. - Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
- Required:
1 year of previous personal training exercise experience.
- Required:
Personal Training certification (IDEA, ACE, AEA, AFFA or other credible group exercise certification).
Pay Range: $29.70
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
