• Greeting Patients:
  Welcome and assist patients as they enter the physician practice, setting a positive tone.
• Phone Management:
  Answer office phones professionally, schedule appointments, and address inquiries.
• Patient Registration:
  Efficiently check in patients, collect accurate demographic information, enter data into the electronic system, and verify insurance details.
• Check‑Out Assistance:
  Assist patients during the check‑out process, provide guidance on referral processing, and schedule future appointments.

• GED or High School diploma (required)
• Associate’s degree (preferred)

• At least one (1) year of work history (required)
• Experience in general administration, business, healthcare, or a related field is highly preferred

Pay range: $18.00 – $24.44 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within this range and may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparison to peers.
