Residential Aide

Delta-T Group is a national broker and referral service for specialized healthcare and educational professionals. Our services connect clients with a diverse team of experienced professionals with various degrees, certifications, and licenses in fields such as social services, psychiatry, occupational therapy, speech pathology, special education, mental health, addictions treatment, allied therapies, and pharmacy. We primarily provide supplemental staffing services to school districts, hospitals, mental health centers, outpatient facilities, and residential homes.

Residential Aide

The Residential Aide will provide mentorship, guidance, and support to young adolescent males. The ideal candidate must respond calmly during challenging situations.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with homeless, disabled, or impoverished populations
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
• Passing a criminal background check

• Perform hourly rounds to ensure the safety of the facility
• Maintain high operational standards within the home
• Provide guidance, support, and meet the practical needs of residents

The aide must be able to work with individuals who are emotionally, behaviorally, physically, and/or developmentally challenged.

Primarily available for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
