Job SummaryThe User Acceptance Testing Analyst II will perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and master data management activities for the primary Cross border IT systems (CONNECT, CTD, etc.). This position will closely work with the rest of the User Acceptance Testing team to understand requirements and ensure all business needs are met in the applications being developed. The UAT Analyst II will play a key role in testing and approving business systems prior to release into production;
assist the Global UAT Manager as needed in short‑and long‑term projects; maintain Production master data, including routing updates, routing queries, and related tasks.
- Develop test plans and create test cases based on business and functional system requirements.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing extensively and communicate test results with stakeholders.
- Document test case execution, test results and defects in detail.
- Play a key role in improving user acceptance testing of system releases for high‑end quality results.
- Provide support to other departments and teams as needed to ensure successful design, testing and implementation of applications that support the various business needs.
- Maintain CONNECT Master Data in both Production and UAT environments, and support with network‑wide routing optimizations and other Cross border Operations group‑wide initiatives.
- Provide day‑to‑day support with routing queries, inquiries from external teams (e.g. Sales) and issues relating to master data setup.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Operations, or related field or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience in Logistics or Software Testing preferred.
- Experience with using the Cross-border IT systems (CONNECT, CTD, iPeP, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in software testing methodologies (e.g. Lean, Agile) is a plus.
- Knowledge of computer programming languages (e.g. C++, Visual Basic, Java) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and general knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks on varying business deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, particularly when testing new requirements and functionality.
- Proven record of learning new systems, processes and procedures quickly.
- Analytical with the ability to identify and resolve complex business problems in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with team members across the organization.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed.
Physical demands are consistent with a professional office setting. Regular sitting at workstation for 25-75% of the work shift. Frequent standing and walking. International and Domestic travel may be required (up to 25%).
Annual Salary of $71,850 - $95,800.
