The Project Manager is a core member of our project management team. This person will play a pivotal role in managing drywall projects on high-profile developments across the Chicagoland area. This role involves managing projects while building excellent, lasting relationships with our customers, becoming the “subcontractor of choice.”
Responsibilities- Obtain, organize, and analyze project documentation for comprehensive understanding.
- Extract key bid information and store it in project folders for team accessibility.
- Study bid documents, blueprints, and specifications for accurate estimates.
- Perform precise quantity surveys matching scope requirements.
- Manage time effectively for client interactions and ongoing projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand unique project needs.
- Tailor written proposals to each project and customer.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and future project opportunities.
- Set up projects per negotiated scope, extracting essential information.
- Monitor job costs, ensuring quality control and budget adherence.
- Manage document flow for job-specific information and changes.
- Handle multiple customers and projects daily, maintaining availability.
- Complete project closeout, capturing all costs and negotiating for extra work.

Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $74,000 to $97,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
