Your Role
Imagine ensuring our production line runs seamlessly. As a Mechanical Systems Technician, you will master the setup and troubleshooting of key mechanical systems, minimizing downtime and enhancing production efficiency.
- Experience handling support equipment such as ovens, packing lines, and conveyors
- Competent in plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, cutting, and welding
- Strong mechanical acumen paired with troubleshooting prowess
- Responsive, service‑oriented approach to maintenance tasks
- Certification in Power Industrial Training, knowledge of PLC diagnostics, welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick) beneficial
- Independent problem solver with a knack for project completion
- Effective communicator with a process‑centric mindset
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Preferably 2‑5 years of experience in an industrial bakery or food production setting
- Bi‑lingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Physically capable of extended standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and other physical activities
