• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice; compact licenses transferred within 90 days of moving
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
  Aveanna can assist in obtaining it after hire if necessary
• TB skin test updated within the last 12 months
• Six months hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
