Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quality-related activities in production and maintenance, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Lead internal audits and management review meetings to uphold and enhance the quality management system.
- Respond to technical inquiries and quality concerns from both customers and internal teams.
- Champion continuous improvement programs and foster a culture of quality awareness across the organization.
- Develop and implement quality acceptance criteria, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data for audits and ongoing improvement.
- Maintain documentation and part files related to incoming orders and quality processes.
- Collaborate closely with production teams, regularly engaging on the shop floor to track and resolve issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a quality-focused role within metal finishing, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with additional standards such as NADCAP, ISO 13485, ITAR, IATF 16949, or ISO/IEC 17025 is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead audits, manage corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000
