Job Description
Job Summary:
-Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and calibrated measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that assembled products meet required specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with assembly techniques and processes.
Academic Competencies:
- Basic Math / Comprehension Skills
Workplace Competencies:
- Work well with other team members in a high paced environment / Keep a clean workspace
Other:
- Able to assist in other departments as needed (with proper training).
