Join Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) as a Registered Nurse in our Primary Care team! In this dynamic role, you'll be part of a committed group dedicated to delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population across the Boston metro-north region. We serve over 120,000 primary care patients with over 300,000 visits annually, making a significant impact in our community.

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Plan and provide comprehensive patient care, adhering to established Nursing Standards of Care.
  • Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and women's health services.
  • Engage in a team-based environment, working alongside behavioral health, pharmacy, and interpreter services.

This is a full-time position with varied shift times, including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be eligible for a sign-on and retention bonus of $10,000 if you commit to a minimum of two years of employment, with prorated bonuses for part-time employees.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education:

    Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
  • Licensure:
    Current or conditional MA RN Licensure required.
  • Certifications:

    Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of two years of current ambulatory nursing experience. Pediatric and OB/GYN experience required for family sites.
  • Linguistic

    Skills:

    Ability to speak a second language preferred.
