We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable registered nurse to join the Community Treatment and Care team in CTAC Cheviot. The role involves delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care in a busy environment at a fast pace.
Responsibilities- Provide person‑centred nursing care to patients.
- Work autonomously and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
- Utilise IT systems to manage patient records and care plans.
- Travel between locations within the service area, requiring a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Registered nurse with nursing qualification and valid registration with the UK NMC.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving, busy environment.
- Proficient in using IT systems relevant to patient care.
- Current full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Family‑friendly hours spread across the week, Monday‑Friday.
