Innovive Health is seeking a Weekend Baylor RN for home health to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. This full-time, exempt role offers autonomy, strong team support, and meaningful patient relationships on a weekend-focused schedule.
You will perform assessments, manage medications, document care and coordinate with physicians, with required active RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Previous home health experience is preferred.
