Legal Sales Associate; Closer

Are you the person in the room who can turn a good conversation into a signed client? Martino Law Group is looking for a driven, personable Sales Closer to own our consultations from the handoff from your setter- first hello to signed engagement. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role for a natural closer who loves the chase, follows a proven process, and takes real pride in helping people say yes to the legal help they need.

You’ll run consultations, manage your own pipeline, and hit a personal revenue target — and because you set the standard, you’ll also mentor our intake and sales team by sharing
