Account Executive

The organization is continuing to grow and is looking for a high-energy Account Executive to join its sales team.

This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business with SMB customers across a variety of industries.

You’ll spend your day identifying prospects, connecting with business owners and decision-makers, uncovering their equipment financing needs, and developing opportunities from initial conversation through close.

• Prospect and generate new business through high-volume outbound activity
• Conduct discovery and understand customers’ business objectives
• Present financing solutions and manage opportunities through close
• Build relationships with new customers and develop repeat business
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Utilize CRM and sales technology to manage pipeline and activity

• 1+ year of SDR/BDR experience or prior experience combining prospecting and closing
• A proven ability to generate opportunities through outbound prospecting
• A strong hunter mentality and willingness to make the calls

• Coachability and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• A team-first attitude and positive personality

The compensation plan is uncapped, with a $50,000 base and $100,000 OTE. High-performing sales professionals have the opportunity to earn well into the six figures, with some of the organization's top performers earning close to $1M annually.
