Perform electrical repairs such as removal and replacement of switches, ballasts, motors, and motor controls.;
Conduct plumbing tasks, including drains, fixtures, rodding, and cleaning as assigned.;
Execute minor carpentry tasks such as the installation and repair of doors, shelving, and locks.;
Utilize CMMS work order system for preventive maintenance and facility upkeep.;
Ensure timely response to on-call duties, living within one hour of the hospital.
