Vehicle Technician – Melton Mowbray

Salary: £37,000–£45,000 DOE + up to £6,000 bonus

Hours:Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30
Sat 8:30–12:30 (1 on / 1 off)

I’m recruiting for a growing multi-franchise dealership in Melton Mowbray, now representing four major brands and expanding across a modern 3.5‑acre site. We’re looking for an experienced Technician/Mechanic to join their existing team.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to a high standard
• Complete eVHCs and accurate paperwork
• Follow MOT/manufacturer guidelines
• Keep the workshop safe and organised
• Take part in ongoing training and upskilling

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (main dealer NOT essential)
• EV qualification desirable (training available)
• Strong problem‑solving ability
• Full UK driving licence and a positive attitude

• Salary: £37k–£45k depending on skill level
