We are seeking an Assurance Manager to join the Real Estate Assurance practice, with the flexibility to work from multiple offices. This individual thrives in a growing environment and is committed to providing clients with exceptional service.

- Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.
- Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities.
- Review, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
- Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagement.
- Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
- CPA.
- Experience with real estate clients.
- Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Location and CompensationPreferred
Location:
New York
For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $150,000.
The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
