Northwell Health is hiring a Cost Accountant to join our team in Melville, New York. This permanent, full-time position will assist the Controller with support across several manufacturing sites, focusing on variance analysis, inventory management, and process improvement related to cost accounting.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and have over 8 years of relevant work experience, with strong Excel skills and effective communication abilities. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and project costing in a government contracting environment is highly desirable.
