Target Compensation:

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:

Research and analyze complex technical accounting matters and prepare accounting position papers.
Support SEC reporting activities, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K disclosures and related documentation.
Interpret and implement new accounting standards while assessing operational and financial impacts.
Prepare accounting entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX requirements.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:

5+ years of accounting, finance, or public accounting experience.
3+ years of SEC reporting experience, including quarterly and annual filings.
3+ years of experience interpreting and applying complex accounting standards.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP; public accounting experience preferred.
