Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Administrative Assistant role located in Melville, NY. Responsibilities include performing administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations. The Administrative Assistant will handle scheduling, maintain communication with clients, manage phone calls, and assist with executive‑level administrative tasks, ensuring a well‑organized and efficient office environment. This position requires maintaining professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced legal setting.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus but not mandatory.
