Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other secretarial positions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Professional licensing or accreditation is a plus (JD, CPA, CFP, MBA)
