OverviewOur client is an established Property Management Company that is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to maintain a stock room containing office supplies, including order replenishment and organization.
Responsibilities- Receive all deliveries and distribute packages as needed.
- Pick and distribute stock item requests from internal employees.
- Perform clerical tasks for the Purchasing department including filing, stamping, scanning, and distribution of paperwork.
- Take on additional Purchasing department tasks as needed (placing orders, processing invoices).
- Manage office supplies stock room and be comfortable with MS Suite and learning new software.
- 1-2 Years of procurement experience.
- Comfortable with MS Suite, learning new software, and managing office supplies stock room.
- Direct hire position; base salary based on experience, benefits, 401K match, etc. Salary $25 to $30 an hour.
- Position is onsite in Melville.
