The Business Systems & Marketing Technology Intern will support the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) and Sales platform by assisting with system operations, documentation, reporting, testing, and user support activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise CRM and marketing automation tools while supporting sales and marketing teams through data preparation, system maintenance, training assistance, and process improvement initiatives.

The intern will work closely with system administrators, marketing operations, and the commercial operations team to ensure platform stability, usability, and continuous enhancement, while gaining practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform tools, and business systems operations.

You’ll support day‑to‑day operations of our Dynamics 365 environment and help keep systems organized, documented, and running smoothly.

• Assist with data imports and cleanup in Dynamics 365
• Help track user access, licenses, and system usage using Excel and Microsoft Forms
• Support basic user onboarding and offboarding tasks (documentation and tracking only)
• Help respond to common system questions and elevate issues when needed
• Participate in testing new features and enhancements for sales and marketing tools
• Hold user training sessions by preparing materials and helping answer questions
• Work closely with IT, Sales, and Marketing partners

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience using a CRM platform (preferred)
• Familiarity with HTML (nice to have)

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
  • Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or Marketing
  • Computer Science
  • Or a related field
