As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities.
- Receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents.

USD $20.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
What You’ll Bring- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families.
