• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating, tracking, and enabling execution of enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions
• Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing workload effectively
• Collaborate with agency management and related systems such as Applied Epic

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship
• Demonstrated successful follow-through on deliverables
• Experience working with agency management systems

• Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
