Client Relationship Specialist​/Operations Coordinator

Mon - Thurs 9am to 6pm and Fri 9 to 5

$60k base salary PLUS Monthly bonuses averaging $1,000 to $2,000 (The average 1st year earnings of $72k+, and only going up from there) Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401(k), Life Insurance and Paid Time Off and more.

• Manage incoming callsand communications with professionalism
• Assist clients with reporting requests and contract questions
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships
• Support the sales team and help keep daily operations running smoothly
• Coordinate feedback to improve customer experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills. Great phone voice and ability to speak clearly.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and make good decisions
• High energy with a strong work ethic
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $76,000.00 per year
