As a Construction Superintendent, you will supervise and coordinate construction, maintenance, and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise construction, maintenance, and renovation projects by coordinating the work of tradesmen and outside contractors and ensuring that necessary personnel, materials, and equipment are on site when required.
• Inspect all phases of construction to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports on completed work.
• Maintain project records, time sheets, work schedules, safety reports, OSHA reports, and other administrative documentation.
• Interpret working drawings and specifications for a project.
• Assess scope of work, labor requirements, material needs, and cost for cleaning and repairs, and validate satisfactory completion of work.
• Perform basic handyman duties, including repairing tripping hazards, patching and painting, changing ballasts, ceiling tiles, floor tiles, installing cocomats, minor carpet repairs, door hinges, cabinetry repairs, and installing laminate, as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance visits on high‑volume and high‑frequency accounts as required.
• Compile and submit client and expense reports and other Global administrative paperwork in a concise, accurate, and professional manner in compliance with client contractual obligations and Global policies and procedures.

• OSHA certification.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Management experience as a construction supervisor.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to identify, recruit, and train vendors and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with a wide range of construction tools and equipment and proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to work outside normal retail store hours, including early mornings, nights, and occasional weekend emergencies.
• Must be able to travel up to three weeks at a time within the NYC Tri‑State area and hold a valid passport and clean driver’s license.
