Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
The Supply Chain Representative is a Union Position and the primary responsibility is to provide quality customer service.
His/her key objective is to focus on successfully fulfilling our distributor’s needs.
The SCR must be a highly motivated, professional, team player, who has the ability to multi- task.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
The SCR’s responsibilities can change depending upon the requirements and needs of Banfi and their distributors.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Processes all Direct Import and Out of Warehouse orders (includes entry, revisions, and cancellations)
- Deals directly with customers by either phone or e-mail
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintains open and closed warehouse and direct import files
- Distributes purchase orders and invoices as required
- Verifies and maintains control state codes and case code labels
- Processes sample transits
- Maintains open and closed transit files
- Prepares orders for, creates, and sends file transfers to freight forwarders and suppliers
- Scans orders to be e-mailed to freight forwarders/suppliers
- E-mails invoices to distributors
- Proofs item pricing in ordering and billing system
- Prepares and processes credits/debits/invoices/invoice cancels
- Distributes various reports (as needed)
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Researches/investigates distributor and sales team issues
- Makes follow-up calls
- Proofs credits, debits, warehouse and direct import orders
Provides sales team and distributors with information regarding:
- Order confirmations
- Order revisions/cancellations
- Order shipping information
- Out of stock situations
- Product specifications
- Current/future inventory information

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a business environment
- Working Knowledge in the MS Office Suite of products.

- No travel is expected for this position.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- Regular Hours 9AM – 5PM hours
- Union position
- Hourly pay starting at $30 per hour (eligible for OT)
- Must be able to embrace change
- No DWI offenses or alcohol use
- Employee must comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations which govern the alcoholic beverage industry and maintain at all times the highest ethical business standards and fiduciary duty on behalf of the company and its customers
