About the Company

Sunrise Credit Services, Inc. is a family‑owned company on Long Island with over 50 years of experience in the collections industry.

We are looking for employees who can negotiate on the phone and call customers who are past due. No experience is necessary; we provide a 4‑week new hire training program to teach negotiation and collections calls.

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Process payments and resolve customer concerns by phone
• Work within a hybrid schedule after an in‑office probationary period

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable and financial concepts
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
• Ability to negotiate and analyze accounts effectively
• Proficient in math and financial software
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential

• Hourly pay $18.00–$19.00
• Paid training $18.00/hour in office
• Pay differential for employees who handle Spanish calls
• Full‑time positions available after 30 days
• Annual salary starting at $34,000 plus incentives and bonuses
