Lead Millwork Drafter
Join a growing custom millwork team and take the lead on high-end retail, hospitality, commercial interiors, and specialty fixture projects. We're seeking a seasoned millwork drafting professional who can transform design concepts into accurate, production-ready shop drawings while mentoring junior drafters and supporting manufacturing operations.
Job Responsibilities- Produce detailed shop drawings, fabrication packages, and construction documents for custom millwork projects.
- Lead technical detailing for luxury retail, architectural interiors, and custom fixture programs.
- Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and manufacturing readiness.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, CNC Programmers, and Production teams.
- Mentor and support junior drafters and detailers.
- Drive drafting standards, quality control, and process improvements.
- Support CNC and manufacturing integration through precise detailing and documentation.
- 10+ years of millwork drafting/detailing experience.
- Advanced AutoCAD skills.
- Strong Microvellum and CNC manufacturing knowledge.
- Expertise in millwork construction methods, materials, hardware, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to create highly detailed, production-ready shop drawings.
- Experience with custom woodwork, retail fixtures, cabinetry, architectural millwork, or high-end interiors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a custom millwork manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading drafting teams and establishing standards.
- Familiarity with luxury retail, hospitality, and premium interior projects.
- Work on complex, design-driven projects from concept through production.
- Direct collaboration with leadership and key decision-makers.

Pay and Benefits:
