About the Position
West Hollow Middle School is seeking a candidate to fill a hallway/lunchroom Monitor position. Successful candidates will fulfill the responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities- Monitor the hallway, bathroom, cafeteria, locker room, and student center (as assigned)
- Supervise bathroom sign-in processes via Google Sheets
- Perform light cleaning duties of cafeteria tables (as applicable)
- Maintain a friendly, warm, and calm demeanor
- De‑escalate situations through tactful dialogue
- Develop positive relationships with students, coworkers, faculty, and staff
- Report punctually to campus each school day
- Report to building administration any concerns regarding students, coworkers, faculty, and staff
The standard hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on days school is in session.
CompensationStarting Salary: $17.00/hour
