Responsibilities/Top Skills/
Qualifications:
- Perform design related to Land Development projects consisting of single-family residential developments, multi-family residential developments, commercial, industrial and institutional sites, and mixed-use development.
- Produce construction plans for land development projects, and work with team to obtain approvals from jurisdictional activities.
- Perform analysis for the design and construction plan production for site development and projects involving complex drainage and grading analysis and/or design.
- Technical report writing
- Handling permitting with local agencies and regulations.
- Coordination with clients and contractors.
- Other duties as needed.
