Flex Staff is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to work for one of our clients, an electronics manufacturer, located in Melville, NY.
The base pay range is $/yr - $/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee programs throughout all phases, including proposal submission, contract negotiation, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, qualification, validation, production, and delivery.
- Collaborate with business and functional management to align workload, staffing, processes, and procedures.
- Identify efficient methods to achieve program objectives while meeting technical and contractual requirements.
- Implement controls for performance analysis and corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and customer communications.
- Contribute to new business proposals and project projections.
- Ensure program profitability, schedule adherence, and technical performance.
- Prepare and present review packages to senior management and customers.
- Lead risk and opportunity management for programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7-9 years’ experience in program management within a manufacturing environment, with working knowledge of high-reliability hardware requirements and RF component design, production, and testing.
