Engineer

The Engineer is responsible for engineering operations within the facility, including maintenance, repair, and performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role leads the engineering team, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintains efficient building operations.

Pay: $99,840 - $114,400

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building engineering operations
• Maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related building systems
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Respond to alarms, work orders, and emergency repair needs
• Coordinate vendors and contractors performing building services
• Support compliance, inspections, and safety procedures
• Track maintenance activity, equipment condition, and service records
• Help ensure tenant comfort, operational reliability, and building readiness

Requirements

• 5+ years of building engineering or facilities maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and BAS systems
• Experience leading work in commercial buildings
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate multiple priorities
• Strong communication, documentation, and vendor management skill
