As we continue our rapid national expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Underwriter with a strong Non-QM background to join our growing credit team. This role is ideal for underwriters who enjoy complex credit analysis, thoughtful decision-making, and working with experienced mortgage professionals in a collaborative environment.

You’ll play a critical role in evaluating residential mortgage transactions ranging from agency loans to sophisticated Non-QM scenarios, helping drive sound credit decisions while maintaining a high standard of service and responsiveness.
