Job Description
Eisner Amper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office with a focus on M&A Transaction work. - Responsible for research and analysis of various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters
- Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
- Draft emails and memos
- Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax
- Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax
- Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions
- 4 + years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred)
- J.D. and Tax LL.M.
- Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Strong proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint)

Salary Range:For Minnesota and Illinois, the expected salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $170,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
